Vegan red curry peanut ramen

Keďže chcem obmedziť mäso (ale zriecť dobrej klobásky úplne, to by som asi nedala😉) aj živočíšne výrobky, tak som celý týždeň dúmala, čo dobrého navariť. A na moje počudovanie to vyšlo na 100%... Milujem ázijskú kuchyňu a spájanie chutí.

Naozaj odporúčam, je to brutál.

RECEPT

▶️ 3 kúsky cesnaku

▶️ 3 ML sušeného zázvoru

▶️ 2 ML červenej kari pasty

▶️ 4 hrnčeky zeleninového vývaru

▶️ 3 VL arašidového masla @lifelikefit ▶️ 1 konzervu kokosového mlieka

▶️ 2 VL sójovej omáčky

▶️ šťava z jednej limetky a z polovice citróna

▶️ 2 VL agáve (alebo medu)

▶️ šampiňóny, brokolica, mrkva

▶️ čínske rezance

▶️ soľ, kajanské korenie

▶️ olivový olej


Na oleji opražíme nasekaný cesnak, pridáme zázvor, kari pastu a šampiňóny. Chvíľu opražíme. Potom pridáme vývar, trochu si nechajte na potom. Ďalej pridáme kokosové mlieko, povaríme pár minút. Pridáme zeleninu. Vo zvyšnom vývare si rozpustíme arašidové maslo a pridáme do hrnca. Ďalej ochutíme limetkou, citrónom, sójovou omáčkou, agáve/medom ak nie ste vegan. Povaríme, necháme zovrieť. Podľa chuti pridáme soľ, kajanskú papriku. Kľudne si môžte podľa chuti pridať ešte šťavu z limetky alebo agáve. Potom pridáme rezance a počkáme kým sa uvaria. Hotovo. Môžte si to ešte dochutiť vňaťkou, arašidami, sezamom. Dobrú chuť

RECIPE

▶ ️ 3 pieces of garlic

▶ ️ 3 tsp of dried ginger

▶ 2 tsp red curry paste

▶ ️ 4 cups of vegetable broth

▶ ️ 3 tbsp peanut butter @lifelikefit ▶ ️ 1 can of coconut milk

▶ ️ 2 tbsp soy sauce

▶ one lime and half lemon juice

▶ ️ 2 tbsp agave (or honey)

▶ ️ mushrooms, broccoli, carrots

▶ ️ Chinese noodles

▶ ️ salt, cayenne pepper

▶ ️ olive oil


Roast chopped garlic in oil, add ginger, curry paste and mushrooms. Fry for a while. Then add the broth, leave it a little bit later. Next add coconut milk, cook for a few minutes. Add the vegetables. In the remaining broth dissolve peanut butter and add to the pot. Then flavor with lime, lemon, soy sauce, agave / honey if you are not vegan. We cook, let it cook. Add salt, cayenne pepper to taste. Feel free to add lime or agave juice to your liking. Then add the noodles and wait until they cook. All done. You can also taste it with parsley, peanuts, sesame
